- Wet the sponge, and gently polish your skin in a circular motion.
- Rinse your skin clean.
- Hold the sponge under the tap, and rinse the soap out.
- Wring out any excess water.
- Leave the sponge in a well-ventilated place to dry.
- Once a week: Drop sponge into cup of boiling water to sanitize.
- When sponge starts to break down: Put it into your compost heap, and grab a new one!
