Returns at a Retail Store
If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy.

If you purchased the product from kettlecare.com or from our factory store:
- You may return it by mail for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase if you include your original receipt.
We do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges for Featured Specials, discontinued items, or items purchased through unauthorized resellers or online auctions.
Kettle Care reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items, items that have been improperly stored, or items that may not have been purchased within the return period.
Prepackaged gifts and kits are assembled individually and may vary slightly. Kettle Care reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via USPS Priority Mail. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
Please include the following information with your return: indicate whether you want a refund (only if original receipt is included and the product was purchased within the last 30 days) or replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning, and its price.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time your exchange request is received at our location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Damaged Items or Our Error
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
If you're returning the product because we made an error, please call us at 888-556-2316. We are available Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM MST, or email us at email@example.com. We'll promptly schedule return arrangements with you.
Shipping Options & Prices
Our shipping cost is a flat fee of $9 for orders under $89, and orders at $89 or more have Free Shipping. Packages will be sent out with:
- United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) Priority
- or UPS Ground
You will receive an email confirmation that your package has been shipped with tracking information.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
If we experience higher order volume there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on Mon, Wed, and Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Kettlecare.com is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.
P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) shipping method.

Tracking your Shipment
