It seems that in Montana, we had no transition time this spring from cold to really warm. Within a handful of days our area turned from brown to lush green and full bloom. It was a leap into summer like temperatures for our minds, eyes, bodies and especially skin. And latter suddenly spoke up for quite a few of us.
It is a powerful habit to listen to your skin. Is it red? Itchy? Breaking out? Is it too oily or too dry? When your skin starts acting up, it can be easy to blame your skin type. But what is your skin trying to tell you about the products you’re using?
