Shipping Options & Prices

Our shipping cost is a flat fee of $5 for orders less than 1lb, $10 for orders over a pound. Orders at $120 or more have Free Shipping.

Packages will be sent out with:

United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) Priority
or UPS Ground

You will receive an email confirmation that your package has been shipped with tracking information.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

If we experience higher order volume there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on Mon, Wed, and Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Kettlecare.com is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) shipping method.

Tracking your Shipment

All packages sent via USPS Priority or Express will have a tracking number assigned and a tracking email will be sent once shipped. For questions, our Consumer Care hot line (888-556-2316) and email (office@kettlecare.com) is available Monday - Friday 9 AM – 5 PM MST.
