Here at Kettle Care Botanicals, we stepped into January with a full kettle. Our first week back after the holiday break was busy in the best way, catching up on your orders (thank you so much for them) and taking time to thoughtfully refine how we work behind the scenes.
As we grow, we regularly pause to review our production process. Not so much to rush it, but rather to care for it. This time, that meant improving our labeling workflow. Klaus put his ingenuity to work, rigging a few clever tools and putting our 3-D printer to good use to create custom parts that make our process smoother. Along the way, Radka and Becca became the go-to experts on all things labeling, with plenty of learning, troubleshooting, and brainstorming to match.
I share this because behind every jar of Kettle Care you hold, there are real people - hands, minds, and hearts - working carefully to make skincare you can truly trust. While marketing often shows only the finished product, there is a whole, thoughtful manufacturing rhythm behind it, ensuring each formula is made consistently, efficiently, and with deep respect for your skin.
