As the days grow shorter and the evenings turn crisp, there is no better time to slow down and care for yourself. Join us at Kettle Care Botanicals for an evening of three hands-on self-care experiences, each one a ritual you can take home and make your own.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Education with Kim Collier
Your lymphatic system quietly carries fluid through the body, supports your immune system, and helps clear away what the body no longer needs. Unlike your blood, it has no heart to pump it. It depends on movement, breath, and gentle, rhythmic touch. Kim Collier, Legacy Massage Therapist and International Wellness Educator, will introduce you to Manual Lymphatic Drainage, a technique rooted in the work of Dr. Emil Vodder, and show you how to support this important system.

Blend Your Own Pumpkin Masque
Next, we gather at our work tables to blend a scrumptious DIY Pumpkin Masque. Pumpkin is naturally rich in fruit enzymes and vitamins that help refresh tired skin, and its warm, spiced scent is the very definition of a cozy fall night.

A Mini Facial, Together
We close the evening with a mini facial as a group: cleansing, opening the pores, applying the Pumpkin Masque you blended yourself, and finishing with a Hydration Masque. You will leave relaxed and glowing, with a simple ritual to repeat at home.

About Your Presenter
Kim Collier completed her massage therapy studies and Manual Lymph Drainage certification in the 1980s with Hildegard Wittlinger in Austria, trained in the techniques of Dr. Emil Vodder. She went on to build a global career as a spa director and educator with Four Seasons Resorts, working in Hong Kong and Indonesia for most of the 1990s. After settling in Montana in 2000, she founded Jamu Spa, and today she welcomes massage clients at VIBE Wellness Lounge in Whitefish. In 2026, Kim completed her studies as a Master Educator with the International Manual Lymph Drainage Institute, where she now serves as their West Coast educator for schools, spas, and wellness facilities.
