How: Mix or shake the salts in the bag well to even redistribute their rich essential oil content. Then dispense 2 tablespoons of it in a regular sized bathtub of warm water. If you want to intensify the calming and refreshing power of this bath, add 2 cups of regular Epsom Salt to the bath water. This Mineral Salt Bath pairs well with a cup of Cold & Flu Tea, followed with a long and good night of sleep.
