Spring is the season of renewal. Easter brings an opportunity for us to reflect on our lives — to embrace the new and part ways with the things that no longer serve us. Life moves fast, and it can feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day. On days like that, it’s even more important to set time aside to take care of yourself.

Take a few minutes before bed to write in a journal. Start a new book. Call a loved one. Or simply splash your face with cold water, wash away the day, and replenish your skin with nourishing creme. Trust us — those few minutes will make all the difference.
